1. Naturaleza del servicio
Visibles es un acompañante emocional con inteligencia artificial disponible en visibles.es. Su propósito es ofrecer conversación, escucha activa y reflexión emocional a personas que se sienten solas, preocupadas o emocionalmente cargadas.
Visibles ofrece acompañamiento y reflexión emocional. No diagnostica, previene, monitoriza, trata ni alivia enfermedades, trastornos ni condiciones de salud mental.
El servicio está impulsado por inteligencia artificial. Las respuestas son generadas automáticamente y pueden ser imperfectas. Detrás de las respuestas no hay terapeutas, psicólogos, médicos ni voluntarios humanos.
2. Lo que Visibles no es
Visibles no es:
- Un servicio médico, psicológico, psiquiátrico ni terapéutico
- Una alternativa a la atención profesional de salud mental
- Un servicio de emergencias ni de atención en crisis aguda
- Un sustituto de la relación con familiares, amigos o profesionales de confianza
No debes utilizar Visibles para tomar decisiones médicas, legales, financieras o de seguridad personal.
3. Emergencias — importante
Si estás en peligro inmediato, si alguien te está haciendo daño o si estás pensando en hacerte daño, llama al 112 inmediatamente. En España también puedes llamar al 024 para apoyo en situaciones de crisis suicida. En el Reino Unido, Samaritans: 116 123.
Visibles no puede gestionar situaciones de emergencia y no sustituye a los servicios de urgencias.
4. Quién puede usar Visibles
Visibles está dirigido a adultos mayores de 18 años. Al usar el servicio, confirmas que tienes 18 años o más, o que cuentas con la supervisión de un adulto responsable.
El servicio está disponible para cualquier persona, independientemente de su género, origen o lugar de residencia, siempre que el uso sea personal y no comercial.
5. Uso responsable
Al usar Visibles te comprometes a:
- Usar el servicio de forma personal y no comercial
- No intentar comprometer la seguridad del servicio ni de los sistemas que lo soportan
- No usar el servicio para generar contenido que pueda causar daño a terceros
- No automatizar el acceso ni hacer scraping del servicio
- No intentar engañar a la IA para que actúe como terapeuta, médico o servicio de emergencia
6. Disponibilidad del servicio
Visibles se ofrece como servicio gratuito con carácter provisional. No garantizamos disponibilidad continua, ausencia de errores ni idoneidad para ninguna situación concreta. El servicio puede interrumpirse, modificarse o cesar en cualquier momento sin previo aviso.
7. Limitación de responsabilidad
Visibles se ofrece como herramienta de conversación emocional no clínica. En la máxima medida permitida por la ley aplicable, el operador no será responsable por:
- Decisiones tomadas por el usuario basándose en respuestas generadas por la IA
- Daños derivados de la interrupción o mal funcionamiento del servicio
- Cualquier daño indirecto, incidental o consecuente derivado del uso del servicio
Esta limitación no afecta a los derechos que la legislación aplicable reconoce a los consumidores y que no pueden ser objeto de renuncia.
8. Propiedad intelectual
Los textos, diseño, marca y elementos visuales de Visibles son propiedad de su titular. Queda prohibida su reproducción, distribución o uso comercial sin autorización expresa. El contenido generado por la IA en respuesta a tus mensajes no constituye obra protegida atribuible a Visibles.
9. Ley aplicable y resolución de conflictos
Estos términos se rigen por la ley maltesa, sin perjuicio de las normas imperativas de protección al consumidor aplicables en el país de residencia del usuario conforme al Derecho de la Unión Europea.

10. Cambios en los términos
Estos términos pueden actualizarse. La versión vigente es la publicada en esta página con la fecha indicada en el encabezado. El uso continuado del servicio implica la aceptación de los cambios.

Terms of Use
1. Nature of the service
Visibles is an AI emotional companion available at visibles.es. Its purpose is to offer conversation, active listening, and emotional reflection to people who feel lonely, worried, or emotionally overwhelmed.
Visibles supports emotional reflection and companionship. It does not diagnose, prevent, monitor, treat, or alleviate any disease, disorder, or mental health condition.
The service is powered by artificial intelligence. Responses are generated automatically and may be imperfect. There are no therapists, psychologists, doctors, or human volunteers behind the responses.
2. What Visibles is not
Visibles is not:
- A medical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic service
- An alternative to professional mental health care
- An emergency service or acute crisis support service
- A substitute for relationships with family, friends, or trusted professionals
You must not use Visibles to make medical, legal, financial, or personal safety decisions.
3. Emergencies — important
If you are in immediate danger, if someone is hurting you, or if you are thinking about harming yourself, call emergency services immediately. In Spain call 112 (emergencies) or 024 (suicide crisis support). In the UK call 999 (emergencies) or Samaritans: 116 123.
Visibles cannot handle emergency situations and does not replace emergency services.
4. Who can use Visibles
Visibles is intended for adults aged 18 and over. By using the service, you confirm that you are 18 or older, or that you are using it under the supervision of a responsible adult.
The service is available to anyone regardless of gender, background, or country of residence, provided use is personal and non-commercial.
5. Responsible use
By using Visibles you agree to:
- Use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes only
- Not attempt to compromise the security of the service or its underlying systems
- Not use the service to generate content that could harm others
- Not automate access to or scrape the service
- Not attempt to manipulate the AI into acting as a therapist, doctor, or emergency service
6. Availability
Visibles is offered as a free service on a provisional basis. We do not guarantee continuous availability, freedom from errors, or suitability for any particular situation. The service may be interrupted, modified, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
7. Limitation of liability
Visibles is offered as a non-clinical emotional conversation tool. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the operator shall not be liable for:
- Decisions made by the user based solely on AI-generated responses
- Damages arising from interruption or malfunction of the service
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service
This limitation does not affect any rights that applicable consumer protection law grants to users and that cannot be waived.
8. Intellectual property
The texts, design, name, brand, and visual elements of Visibles are the property of the operator. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without express written authorisation is prohibited. AI-generated responses to your messages do not constitute works protected by copyright attributable to Visibles.
9. Governing law and dispute resolution
These terms are governed by Maltese law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules applicable in the user's country of residence under European Union law.

10. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated. The version in force is the one published on this page with the date shown in the header. Continued use of the service following publication of updated terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
